Bary's SHORT Instructions on How to Set Up OpenGL
=================================================

1. Download GL.rar
2. Unrar GL.rar to GL/
3. Move GL to C:\GL
4. Copy glut32.dll to C:\Windows\System
5. Copy glut32.lib to ..\Program Files\..Visual Studio\VC\lib 
6. Copy glut.h     to ..\Program Files\..Visual Studio\VC\include

Now you should be able to both run OpenGL .exe programs
AND, you should be able to compile OpenGL C programs
